This specialized 2-hour, self-paced classes focuses on restorative postures, deep breathing, and guided meditations.

 

Moving at your own pace, the class allows you to transition between as many or as little postures as you please with the help of the instructor.

 

The incorporation of gentle assists, Reiki energy work, and massage techniques will help the student achieve a deep level of relaxation that can help aid in managing stress and anxiety as well as physical pain and discomfort.

8-week Meditation Series

MONDAY NIGHTS

This course is designed to take students step-by-step through a series of progressive meditation techniques.

 

Participants will learn sitting techniques, breath practices, mantra and how to visualize. By the end of the course, everyone will have the tools to create a lasting home practice.

4-week Chair Yoga Series

This class offers all of the benefits of a regular yoga class, without having to move up and down off of the floor.

 

Using a chair for support while learning and practicing poses allows you to practice yoga with confidence while encouraging your body to build strength, stability and mobility. Guided breathing with proper movement of the body promotes flexibility and health.

 

This series is perfect for anyone who would like a gentle yoga practice or is recovering from injury or personal challenge.
