Swedish/Relaxation
Generally uses a light-medium pressure. Aids in stress & tension relief, improves muscle tone/elasticity. All strokes move towards the heart to increase circulation.
Deep Tissue
Typically medium-deep pressure is applied. Ideal for releasing tight muscles and getting rid of those pesky "knots". Trigger point techniques, stretching and deeper strokes bring focus to the deeper muscle tissue.
Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle & Subtle manipulation of the cranial bones, spinal column, sacrum & spinal fluid help to bring balance and reduce restriction to the nervous system. Known to help with chronic headaches/migraines, anxiety, back/neck pain, insomnia, and much more.
Prenatal Massage
Appropriate for expecting mothers. Gentle applications help to promote relaxation and stress relief during this delicate time. Deeper techniques are utilized as the baby grows to help with the discomforts of pregnancy.

Megan graduated from SHI Integrated Medical Massage School in 2013 and specializes in working with clients who suffer from chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia, arthritis and general back and neck pain. She is certified in Prenatal Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Certified Reiki Master, Aromatherapy and is also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga teacher.
Megan believes that the healing power of massage goes deeper than flesh and bone. She believes that massage also helps to heal the body on mental, emotional and spiritual levels. She likes to integrate her Reiki practice and knowledge of Yoga to give her clients a truly individual experience.
