At Method yoga we strongly believe that offering a variety of Yoga & Meditation classes, specialized workshops, and  Healing Arts enables you to choose a unique path thus becoming stronger in asana (movement), daily practice (meditation),

and in life on and off the mat. 

Each individual's path is different, and what works for and benefits each person will also be different. We believe that anyone who is willing to put in the time and the effort, has the ability to reach their highest potential, and we hope that our space, our community, and practices will help each person find a method that will work the best for them.
