This 2-day course will cover basic anatomy, concepts, and take-away strategies to integrate into your yoga practice.


We will discuss principals of physiology and neurology and thus learn how to override patterns of poor habits to explore purposeful movements. 


We will conclude by learning how to integrate our awareness and use of the pelvic floor muscles into everyday functional movements as a means to maintain strength and flexibility of pelvic floor.

This series is ideal for anyone who has completed the 6-week Intro Course and students or teachers who are interested in diving back into the foundations.


 We will continue with the fundamentals of a yoga practice including postures, breathing, and mindfulness techniques, in addition we will learn some basic anatomy and begin to explore deeper dimensions of yogic movement principals. 

The classes will be part instruction, demonstrations, and movement practice. Our goal is for you to walk away with better knowledge of your body and how you use it to achieve optimal health and well-being.

8-week Meditation Series

This course is designed to take students step-by-step through a series of progressive meditation techniques.


Participants will learn sitting techniques, breath practices, mantra and how to visualize. By the end of the course, everyone will have the tools to create a lasting home practice.

This class offers all of the benefits of a regular yoga class, without having to move up and down off of the floor.


Using a chair for support while learning and practicing poses allows you to practice yoga with confidence while encouraging your body to build strength, stability and mobility. Guided breathing with proper movement of the body promotes flexibility and health.


This series is perfect for anyone who would like a gentle yoga practice or is recovering from injury or personal challenge.
