This series is ideal for anyone who has completed the 6-week Intro Course and students or teachers who are interested in diving back into the foundations.
We will continue with the fundamentals of a yoga practice including postures, breathing, and mindfulness techniques, in addition we will learn some basic anatomy and begin to explore deeper dimensions of yogic movement principals.
The classes will be part instruction, demonstrations, and movement practice. Our goal is for you to walk away with better knowledge of your body and how you use it to achieve optimal health and well-being.
This is a fun and interactive class, geared for families with children 3-6 years old (younger and older children welcome). The class will include simple Yoga poses, fun games, music, a Valentine's Day themed story and family activity for all to enjoy!
This class offers all of the benefits of a regular yoga class, without having to move up and down off of the floor.
Using a chair for support while learning and practicing poses allows you to practice yoga with confidence while encouraging your body to build strength, stability and mobility. Guided breathing with proper movement of the body promotes flexibility and health.
This series is perfect for anyone who would like a gentle yoga practice or is recovering from injury or personal challenge.
